Bridge Over Troubled Waters is proud to announce the addition of Frantz Bien-Aime to our Board of Directors.

Frantz is Managing Director, Market Executive for Upper New England at Bank of America Private Bank where he leads a team focused on delivering tailored investment strategies, philanthropy guidance, and comprehensive financial services to the bank’s most prominent clients. An inclusive leader, Frantz enjoys mentoring young professionals and participates in several employee networks including the Black Executive Leadership Council and the Black Professional Group, where he is Executive Sponsor for the Boston chapter. Outside of work, he also serves on the board of the Cambridge Community Foundation, which seeks to advance economic mobility and build social cohesion in the city of Cambridge, Massachusetts.

“We are pleased to add Frantz to our Board,” said Bridge President and CEO Elisabeth Jackson. “His decades of experience in banking, financial management, and philanthropic guidance make him a great fit to help us raise funds and explore new financial opportunities as we expand and grow.”

“Homelessness remains one of the most significant challenges facing our communities, and when it affects young people, the impact can be life-changing,” said Frantz. “I am honored to join the Bridge Over Troubled Waters Board and look forward to working alongside fellow board members and community leaders to help create opportunities, support, and brighter futures for young people in need.”
