These young people are working, they’re trying to get better, and they say, ‘I’m eighteen, I think I can do this by myself,’ because it’s better than staying where they are and getting hurt. They’re understanding that it is cold out, and even with those things, it is better for them to be out. And that is a hard decision for a young person to make, and it’s not something to take lightly either.
