The Mobile Medical Van is one of Bridge’s most critical and visible programs, providing homeless and vulnerable youth who are sleeping on the street or in shelters with accessible, low-barrier health care, basic necessities and the frst step on the path home.

Youth make over 525 visits each month to the van for basic necessities

Bridge’s street outreach team connects with 100 new youth each month, providing harm-reduction counseling on the van and in the community
